At Maximum Performance, we understand that everyone’s daily schedule is very hectic. Our Training Schedule is very flexible and allows Athletes to show up to any of the training sessions available without notice. The Maximum Performance schedule runs from 3:00pm to 9:00pm and another session starts every 30 mins. You are welcome to come in during ANY of these times, go through our 1 hour workout routine and hit on ALL phases of our training program before leaving. To the right you will find our Training Schedule structure.

All Personal Training sessions are to be scheduled directly with your personal trainer.
